Hi, I'm Jules

 

About 15 years ago, I took a bold step into a new career path, and everything changed when I immersed myself in the world of health and wellness. I followed my passion, earned my Certificate IV in Fitness, and became a Personal Trainer. This was just the beginning of my journey, which eventually expanded with a Massage Therapist Certificate and Health & Wellness Coach, combining all my skills to create a thriving Health & Wellness business.

As my passion deepened, I ventured into bodybuilding competitions, discovered a love for running, and even embraced the intensity of CrossFit. But behind the outward success, I faced many of the same struggles many women do—yo-yo dieting, self-doubt, losing confidence, and feeling my health decline.

​

What many didn’t see was the inner turmoil. Navigating a difficult divorce, multiple broken relationships, unexpected redundancy, and financial stress in my 30s taught me tough but valuable lessons. I realised I had never truly processed my emotions, carrying unresolved anger and sadness that held me back.

​

It was through years of investing in myself, learning from counselling and breaking free from self-limiting beliefs and patterns that I began my true transformation

​

Along the way, I faced personal health challenges, including managing HPV and undergoing multiple surgeries to prevent cervical cancer. I also discovered that I was navigating perimenopause, something I hadn’t even heard of until my GP mentioned it. At first, I didn’t recognise the signs, feeling angry, tired, emotional, struggling with shorter cycles, and battling sleepless nights. It felt like a whirlwind!​ But instead of resisting it, I chose to embrace it.

 

Our bodies are meant to go change with our midlife years, so I decided to find ways to manage it as best I could and that’s exactly what I’ve done. Now, I want to help you do the same.​

I now empower Midlife Women, like you, to reclaim your health, wellbeing and confidence.

I was doing meal replacement shakes, yes it got me results however I bounced right back to the same weight.  Our bodies need different support during Perimenopause

I competed in Body Building Competitions and I loved them but this was not healthy way to lose weight or to feel confident.  Perimenopause will teach you how to love your body again.

I was addicted to Crossfit and it made me feel so strong and I really loved how my body looked but my mindset was not healthy.  I pushed too hard and during perimenopause we need to do the opposite.

I have learned to slow day and use walking as my main form of cardio and I get to enjoy the outdoors more.

I have learned how to eat and cook healthier meals that supports my body as I navigate perimenopause 

I try new exercise that is more fun and keeps my body moving in a much healthier way and still keeps me fit.
