Hi, I'm Jules

Twenty years ago, I took a leap into a new career path, and my life transformed when I immersed myself in the world of Health & Fitness. I followed my passion, earning my Certificate IV in Fitness and becoming a Personal Trainer. This marked the beginning of my journey, which evolved as I gained my Massage Therapist Certificate and merged both skills into my own thriving Health & Fitness business.

My passion grew deeper—I ventured into bodybuilding competitions, discovered a love for running, and even embraced the intensity of crossfit. However, behind this outward success, I battled with common struggles many women face: yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage, confidence loss, and deteriorating health.

What most didn’t see was my inner turmoil. I navigated through a divorce, multiple broken relationships, unexpected redundancy, and financial challenges in my mid-30s. These life events, while daunting, became pivotal lessons. I realised I hadn’t processed my emotions effectively, carrying unresolved anger and sadness that hindered my progress.

Investing years and resources into self-improvement was a game-changer. I learned invaluable tools from my counselor, enabling me to identify and break free from self-limiting patterns. This transformative experience led me to embrace coaching. I wanted to empower women, like you, to reclaim their health, confidence, and life direction.

My mission is crystal clear—to empower women to create the life they truly desire. I guide women in self-discovery, helping them understand their true selves, desires, and goals while overcoming obstacles that have held them back. Through a blend of exercise, nutrition, mindset strategies, and genuine self-care practices, I empower women to embrace self-love and step into their full potential.

I’m here to support you on your journey toward a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

I competed in Body Building Competitions and I loved them but this was not healthy way to lose weight.

I was addicted to Crossfit and it made me feel so strong and I really loved how my body looked but my mindset was not healthy
