My mission is crystal clear—To Support Women who are navigating Perimenopause with Confidence

Hi, I'm Jules

Twenty years ago, I took a leap into a new career path, and my life transformed when I immersed myself in the world of Health & Fitness. I followed my passion, earning my Certificate IV in Fitness and becoming a Personal Trainer. This marked the beginning of my journey, which evolved as I gained my Massage Therapist Certificate and merged both skills into my own thriving Health & Fitness business.

My passion grew deeper—I ventured into bodybuilding competitions, discovered a love for running, and even embraced the intensity of crossfit. However, behind this outward success, I battled with common struggles many women face: yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage, confidence loss, and deteriorating health.

What most didn’t see was my inner turmoil. I navigated through a divorce, multiple broken relationships, unexpected redundancy, and financial challenges in my mid-30s. These life events, while daunting, became pivotal lessons. I realised I hadn’t processed my emotions effectively, carrying unresolved anger and sadness that hindered my progress.

Investing years and resources into self-improvement was a game-changer. I learned invaluable tools from my counselor, enabling me to identify and break free from self-limiting patterns. This transformative experience led me to embrace coaching. I wanted to empower women, like you, to reclaim their health, confidence, and life direction.

I had some health challenges along the way including managing HPV and numerous surgeries to ensure I did not get cervical cancer and then to through move of the female challenges finding out I was going through perimenopause.

Perimenopause was a very foreign word to me when I was first told about it by my GP and I honestly kind of just ignored it!  I didn't really see the real problems, I couldn't see that I was angry, tired, sad, emotional, my periods were getting shorter cycles and don't even talk to me about not sleeping and waking up at 2-3am.   What a crazy time this truly was and in the end I decided to embrace it.  Yes, I was like, our bodies are meant to do this so let's see how I can manage it the best I can, so I am!

How I used to treat my body - The old version of me

I was doing meal replacement shakes, yes it got me results however I bounced right back to the same weight.  Our bodies need different support during Perimenopause

I competed in Body Building Competitions and I loved them but this was not healthy way to lose weight or to feel confident.  Perimenopause will teach you how to love your body again.

I was addicted to Crossfit and it made me feel so strong and I really loved how my body looked but my mindset was not healthy.  I pushed too hard and during perimenopause we need to do the opposite.

How I treat my body now - The happier, healthier version of me

I have learned to slow day and use walking as my main form of cardio and I get to enjoy the outdoors more.

I have learned how to eat and cook healthier meals that supports my body as I navigate perimenopause

I try new exercise that is more fun and keeps my body moving in a much healthier way and still keeps me fit.
